The Fenwick Garden Village neighborhood is one of Edmond’s exclusive gated communities of garden homes. Fenwick Garden Village is located on the northeast corner of NW 164th & Pennsylvania Ave. This makes for an ideal location: just five minutes to the Kilpatrick Turnpike, Quail Springs Mall area shopping, Memorial Road restaurants and Mercy Health Center. We are in the Edmond Public School district.


Since we are incorporated in the City of Oklahoma City under Ward 8. We are serviced by OKC Fire Department #37 less than ¼ mile away, OKC Police Department Springlake Patrol Division and OKC utilities.

The lots generally range from ⅛ acre to ¼ acre, although some are zero-lot-line. There are 168 homes in Fenwick Garden Village. Access to Fenwick Garden Village is through exclusive-use community gates located just east of the Braum’s Store #212 on NW 164th and Penn, and at the corner of NW 167th and Fenwick Blvd.

Fenwick Garden Village is a member of the Fenwick Community of 711 homes. The Community offers a rich and abundant set of amenities including: lifeguard-staffed swimming pool, club house, 26 acres of manicured grass play area with picnic benches, four ponds stocked for fishing, large open gazebo, over 55 acres of nature-rich common area and walking trails. Fenwick Garden Village is a pedestrian’s haven, entirely surrounded by sidewalks. One can safely walk on sidewalk, from Fenwick Garden Village to the Neighborhood Market Store #3275, in less than 15 minutes.

Cox to upgrade it's Fenwick infrastructure.

Cox will be entering the Fenwick neighborhoods in approximately 2 weeks to begin building the infrastructure for their 1 gigabyte interest service. The work will utilize the current utilities easements and will involve trenching and other construction methods for laying lines. Damage incurred will be repaired, to original condition by Cox.
